Body Work Update!!!

well as some of you may know i got into a small fender bender. nothins serious. small crinkle in the fender and i wrecked my wheels. well anyways..my car has been in the shop the past week or so and it was supposed to be done this morning. well they took it to their alignment shop and on the way home some old guy pulled out in font of the guy driving. yeah...my car isnt a pretty sight. my brand new JDM fascia is torn off and now the driver's side fender is really F***ed up and the hood is pretty crinkled. i am so pissed right now you wouldnt believe. my z has never been in an accident except for my little fender bender. i let one other person drive my car and see what happens. whole f***ing front end is messed up. sorry just had to get that out of my system. some people just dont deserve to live.

well the good thing is now the body company felt bad so they decided to fix up any scratches or dents in the whole car for free (there arent any dents but there are a couple scratches in the rear deck). also, they said they will think about doing a free paint job on some side skirts and rear bumper. i dont know. im still pissed.

some words of advice: DON'T LET OTHER PEOPLE DRIVE YOUR Z.

That sux to no end. Sorry to hear about that, how much is the estimate of the damages. I wouldnt worry about the wheels though, it was probly time for new ones anyway.

If its a good shop I would take them up on their offer to fix all the minor things. I know I have kids in my neighbor hood and one of them put a small dent in my left rear quater panel, damn footballs. But its nothing major, its the point of it though, I understand.

its good the company is going to fix it though. It was their guy driving so they'd better be fixing it for free!

ahhhh dang that sucks dude! god damn them old people eh... man if i were you i'd just start doing deathrolls when you go to the body shop again and see if you can milk a better deal out of the situation

that would also piss me off to no end. i would milk it for all its worth, you deserve it, those bastard wrecking a z like that, how could someone do that.

What is it with body shops and mechanics getting into accidents in people's cars? That same shit happened to my dad with his Porsche a while ago...I've heard multiple stories like that...

Sorry to hear that Jason. I'd lone you one of my cars, but it's to far and I don't loan. I had the same thing happen to me, loaned it to my Mexican GF and she F***in near totaled it. So I know how pissed it makes you.
