97 hard to start
I have a 7.4L vortec and Just put all new ignition components on but lately it has been very hard to start and when it does start it has black smoke puffing out and running rough for a few seconds but then runs fine until you need to start again any suggestions thanks !!

Could be the timing for the pump, filter may need changing, time to put anti-gel in the fuel tank. Just a few thoghts.
