Not starting

My car won't start i turn the ignition and i have a fully charged battery the lights flicker the car clicks and trys to start then shuts everything down i turn the key again sometimes it starts other times it has really low rpms and stalls on me please tell me whats wrong or what needs to be replaced.

Have you changed the cables? At least buy a 5 dollar cleaning/cutting tool and clean the posts and the lugs. That would be my next move, if that doesnt fix it post back and let us know.
