1993 Explorer Door Lock Problem

Electric door locks. Now all doors will always unlock with either front door switch. All doors will lock with either switch except one front door will remain unlocked. I have to push the rod down manually to lock that particular door. All four unlock but only 3 lock.
Anyone have a suggestion and can I repair this myself ?
