Bored?? Here's a few more pics of my car!!!

I have been meaning to post up pictures of my install but at the same time I did it, thats when I had the timing issues. Then of course 2 hurricanes/tornados. Anyways on to the pics. This is the volkswagon lip that I got from the VW dealership (in stock). Its a 2 pc lip. All for $24!!!!!!! Thats with my discount and tax exempt. I work @ Advance Auto Parts so all the dealerships around here gives us a discount. :thumbup:







Both sides were about 1/2 inch too long, but I will be cutting that.


Now the day after Nopi (my pass still hanging in the window) we took some pics of our cars together. I thought that I'd share those too: I will be back to edit it in a sec...

I think that we are getting like Ami and Jer now. We will be adding another hatch to the bunch either tonight or tomorrow. Cost you ask??? $100. The guy is desperate for some money. He started at $500 and it wouldn't crank so we have him thinking it has timing issues (which it could be ) and he dropped it down to $100. He said the guy that gave it to him said it just needed a battery and some gas. So I told him go ahead and put some gas in it and I got my jump box to jump it off and it still wouldn't crank. So he is going to sell it for a $100.

The new car is red also (soon to be black) and beside the non-starting condition, it has a dent in the hood. The rest of the body is CLEAN. I will post pics of it when I get it.

I am back to working 2 jobs again. I work way too much and since Advance was one of the major sponsors for NOPI, we had to plan and get ready for that all last month. I had to work out there in the HOT sun on that Sunday of the show. Just to give you and idea of the money that can be made, Advance made $22,000 on Sat. of the show ($2000 worth of drinks alone) and $15,000 on Sun. (another $1500 worth of drinks) and we gave away 2 of the pocket bikes in a raffle.

thanks alot folks. I picked up the new one last night. I will have pics up of it also, in a few days. Like I said $100 and the body has NO dents. The hood and front fenders has the clear coat peeling off and the hood has a small ding in it.
