yeah I'd recomend them if your into hard turns and want a tight suspension with very little flex
by the way heres a link on how to make your own, its for motor mounts but could be used on any. http://importnut.net/motormount.htm

its worth it, energy suspension is good, but i hear its a bitch to install yourself

definetly!!!!!
poly bushings are the single best mod ive done to my civic. and if you read my huge mod list, you would be shocked. trailing arm bushings, which arent included in the master set, are the single best bushings from energy suspension. i think that it comes down to our cars being 13-17 years old. all the rubber on our cars are worn, and many bushings torn and blown out. my 88 absolutely kills my 91 on the road, simply because theres no play in the suspension, it does what i tell it to
