94 S-10 Blazer

My 94 Blazer is hard starting. IT idles rough, sometimes it skips after idling for awhile. I've replaced spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor. I get no check engine light. It's really pissing me off. I have a 4.3 CPI. Can anyone help me?

do you smell gas when you first start it thru the exhaust
does it smell like it is running rich
could be your cpi leaking under the plenium

Yip, pull your upper plenum and check for washing.
