bulb replacement 1999 lhs

how do i replace a bulb in my headlight assembly. i cant't rach bulbs from inside, and can't remove assemby because it it pinned in on bottom by fender fascia. any tricks. i want to replace bulbs with xenon bulbs

I know on my 95 I had to remove the entire headlight housing, first take the top plastic shield off between the radiator and front nose clip, then back out the screws for the light assembly. I can re-type the instructions out of my repair manual if you need, let me know.

Hi - I also have a 95 Chrysler LHS and need to replace both headlights, as the plastic is so pitted, have to drive with brights on. Can you advise what the part numbers are to replace and would you be willing to scan that document to me?
