Do you guys recall the thread i had posted about looking for a different car? well now more than ever i have attained reason for such a search. The bitch threw a rod a couple days ago and she still runs so i'll be riding her out until then but the lifeline does not look long at all, i'd say maybe a week if that.

Any opinions on what car i should look to get next?

i never really heard back from the guy migra, still in the market. Today i was on my way back to school after picking up my soccer clothes from home and the noises coming from the engine were so disconcerting that i was going a little mad. I come to a stop light and it stalls, start it up, stalls again, I pull to the road, have a friend pick me up and its over, the motor is gone.


On a side note, i have numerous parts for a twin turbo and a $2,500 (is that a good price?) car on the market for anyone who wants to start a project car.

Closest VR4 I've found, it's like 400 miles away though lol. Price and mileage is nice, burns oil though. Not sure on what that would cost to fix

$2,500 plus $2,400 for an engine, and you have a vr4 for $4,900

good deal, put it in the paper with info on how to get an engine and someone will be very lucky

its a base atx but i have most of the main turbo parts so if i were to sell the car itself without turbo parts included i would probably sell it for 1,500 but there is also thje sound system. If i was to sell the whole package, sound system, all turbo and performance parts with the car i would sell for maybe around $3,500.

Im looking into eclipse gst's now, I would get a vr-4 but theres just not much of a chance finding what im looking for and those little eclipse gst's come with a lot of potential for big power gains stock.
