slow wiper speed
I have a 1996 Delta 88 with 115000 miles. I just got this car about two months ago. I've noticed that my front windshield wipers aren't very fast on the high setting. On high, they seem to be on slow speed compared to other vehicles I've owned/own. It does have variable speed wipers, with lo and high. The high is slow though as far as i'm concerned. Anyone else notice this too and if so, is there a fix that anyone knows of?

check the linkage between the two sides. IF the linkage is binding, it will cause the motor to run slow. If the linkage is free, then the motor is probably bad
