Post 2000 Camaro slow acceleration

I have a V6 automatic with 53k miles on it and it just started acting up. From a stop while I floor it the car slowly accelerates while the rpms go up. I seems to go normal to about 10-15mph then it slows up. If I go lightly pedaled its slowly speeds up with semi's passing me on local roads. I tried flooring and holding it to see if it would clear up, but now I hear a slight hiss sound when I floor it. I am thinking it might be clogged injectors, but I dont have a rough idle or a hard time starting. Any ideas?
