99 taurus power steering hard after repair
i (also) had the tie rod bellows filling up with fluid. had the power steering rack taken out to repair, ie new seals. now it is notably hard in low speed and parking. mechanic says there is no electronic assistance. what is wrong with the vaps system? ps pump seems ok. why would the steering be hard now?
