not sure

im not sure how low u can lower it but mine was like 3 inches off the ground and i had to raise it back up cuz it made my allignment all messed up and it ate my tires. so if u wanna lower is extremly geta camber kit. save tons of problems !

Re: Lowerin question

yeah u dont need to roll or modify anything with ur body if u lower it just 1.5 inches with just springs its not recommended but i would suggest getting struts for them as well adjustable is ur suspension just springs? or coil-overs?

be careful not to lower it past 2 inches because i did that and it completely destroyed the fibulator. and we all kno that = $$. i got a new fibulator for $650 at HAP but they said i needed to also replace my hydrocombobulator because if the fibulator gets damaged then it most likely destroyed the main thrust bearing in the fibulators torsion shaft housing.

Re: Lowerin question

ive slammed my car(about 3.5 inches dropped) for over a year and not one problem except crackin the transmission case on contruction s*** of a manhole ive had it in the shop many times for camber kit alignment brakes tune ups i get all that free since i know a guy who owns a shop and he says theres nothing wrong with anything and i have friends who has lowered cars as low as mine and they never had any problems with the fibulator and hydrocombulator sorry bug maybe it was just bad timing for you
to everyone else dont be afriad to lower your car that low just be careful while driving it dont hit nothing

Dude the hydrocombobulator isnt even in a way of anything when you lower your car, so i dont think you would have any problems with that, its the fibulator that you should worry about the most. When you go low enough the fibulator tends to mess with you pistons and the crank shaft, i had this happen to me before, and its not pretty when that thrust bearing in the fibulator torsion shaft housing just blows out. You would have to replace your entire engine. Thats why ill never lower my car lower than 2 inches because that fibulator is a pain in a butt. I never saw the purpose of that thing, but from what everyone says, the fibulator is the most important thing when you get a turbo or go above 200hp at the wheels. If you go above 200hp or lower your car lower than 2 inches, and you dont upgrade the fibulator then your car will be looking at a lot of shop time, and money downt eh drain. Id upgrade the main thrust bearing in the figulators torsion shaft housing at the same time as well. The best upgrade is the S3RK for the 200hp engines and S3RK-z for the 200+hp engines.
