1990 Camry 4 cylinder .Need advise
Just years ago my car 140Kkm had't problem with air care. But my car was stolen. It was found after 3 days. Some scathes... nothing look serious. After getting my car from body shop,I found that the car had ingine vibration and lost power.Mechanic changed wares, distributor, fas filter, sparks and I paid for it. And car seemed to work fine until next air care. All air car pointes were too high.I checked the timing angle. It was abou 15 degrees ahead. When I adjust it as it is supposed to be, the car have a ingine vibration and lost power again. If anyone have any idea, what's happened whith my car when it had been stolen?

Re: 1990 Camry 4 cylinder .Need advise
when you checked the timing, did you put the engine in limp home mode, otherwise, you adjust the timing after the ecu modifies the timing, I believe your oem preset is 10 BTDC, and what is air care? do you mean the air filter?
good luck man |
