90-95 integra milage

hi i'm new here and i want to buy a 90-95 grs. i saw one last weak 95 integra GSR for $2500 but it had over 185,000 miles on it .would this be a good buy on a gsr? how much does milage afect performance ? can anybody here give me good info on this please
