Lights have gone haywire...

I have a 2001 SLT.. It has decided to act a bit like Christina...

If I turn the fog lights on by pulling out the headlight switch. the lowbeams will come on and the fog/driving lights go off. However it flickers back and forth sometimes. Then If I have the headlights on the highbeams often do not work? Also one other strange thing happening. is sometimes when the passenger tries to use the door lock it will just flicker the lights..


Anyone have any problem like this?
