Talking SI's have all performance parts

SI's have all of the performance parts and rear disc brakes and SI RIMS and most importantly:o The B16 DOHC VTEC (8000 RPM)
No after hearing all of this why would you want to get a Civic EX SOHC VTEC (7000 RPM) It's like night and day.......Besides with an EX you might end up with an automatic........
SI's also have hot back lights........

The SI has a DOHC (dual camshafts) as opposed to SOHC (single). The SI is the car to go with if you plan on turbo or any high performance engine upgrades...get a '99 blue SI....PIMP SHIT!

What an Si has that others do not:
  • B16A2 160hp DOHC VTEC motor
  • no automatic offered
  • Si bucket seats
  • leather wrapped steering wheel and shiftknob
  • Si only rims (7 spoke)
  • Si front lip and side skirts
  • front and rear disk brakes
  • Si badge on the rear
  • "DOHC VTEC" decals on the sides of the car
  • firmer suspension

advantages are that you've already got a kick ass powerplant to build off of.

Yes but they're not painted the body color of the car as they are in the Si.
