noise in neutral

civic 02

this noise can be heard when in neutral, not moving.
when clutch is depressed then the noise is gone.
i am suspecting it's the bearing between the flywheel and input shaft, right?
the noise sounds like a bearing or a old v-belt
let me know what u guys think.
