(videos) Hyde vs Supra; Hyde VS Honda S2000
"Chef" is a local friend with a Supra.
His best run to date is 11.2 (which he did against me the 2nd time we ran). I uploaded the video of our first race: His 11.5 to my 12.4 (horrible launch and not full boost for me). I also uplaoded the burnouts form that run ... I kicked his but in the burnout contest  I also uploaded the 11.79 run I did during open track against the S2000. Thanks ... I should have mentioned this was all during the IDRC event at Maple Grove.
I qualified 3rd and finished 3rd.

With 110+ 1/4 mile passes on ym car, you could say I have practiced my launch
That run was actually not a great launch for me. That was a 1.81 in the 60's. I typically hit 1.7s ona good launch.

That was my 3rd fastest ET (11.79).
Back in March I went 11.73 and 11.74. However, those runs were with a 1.6 and a 1.7 in the 60' and on a much cooler day (maybe 20 degrees cooler). This run was only a 1.8 in the 60. If I would have hooked up that could have easily been an 11.5-11.6 run. I am going back to Englishtown this weekend where I typically hook up really well. This is the NHRA event. This is also where I ran the 11.7s at the beginning of the year. Assuming no car problems, I will be looking for a new best ET.

i like the "in car video" the best, you get a feel of how fast your going by seeing when you shift. wish there was sound though
