oops... missed the whelan part... the light bars at chimneyville are the only ones i've seen being sold in 1/18 scale... worked for me cuz the cop cars i made use those light bars... the only thing i can suggest is to find a police car on ebay that has the whelan bar and remove it from that diecast... then you'll have a nice slick-top car as well...
