1987 sable trans problem

i have a 1987 sable with a AXOD trans. when i first start it . the trans shifts, but once it Warms up. no shift at all. no foword gears or reverse.

if you end up needing a trans. im selling my 88 sable ls as a parts car-strong rans and only 134,00 miles on it.400$obo. compared to 1000$ for just a new trans.

I had a 1988 sable. It went through 4 transmissions in 80,000 miles. That time period was terrible for ford transmissions. The most I ever got out of a transmission was 26,000 miles before ford replaced it.

clutches r shot needs a rebuild
