Question HELP with 3rd row

I have a 1998 LT, I felt under the carpet and there is nothing for the brackets, Now I have a 3rd row from a 1999 Tahoe, and no brackets. Where can I get these brackets., I ve searched, I seen on ebay But it doesn't really healp because they wont answer my questions. My Truck doesn't come with the holes and I have no idea where to get the brackets. HELP!

I was always told that if the brackets/holes aren't there, you can't install a 3rd row. Sorry if I am wrong, it sounded kinda funny how Chevy would make 1000's with and without these fittings. I am sure if you call any dealership, they should be able to put you on track.
