AARGGHH!!! I'm cursed

I bought Dan Fink's Speedwagon from Revell about 2 years ago as 1 of my first kits.
I never built because it came with the chromed-parts-tree from a Dodge Viper.
I found this out immidiatly after opening the box. ( ??? It doesn't have those viperstyle sidepipes on the boxart ??? ) Went back to the store but it couldn't be re-ordered, I did get another Revell 1/24 kit for half price.
I used must of the plastic for modifing different kits and threw the rest out.
6 months ago I bought the same Speedwagonkit again, I think it's such a cool looking kit. Painted the bodyparts Tamiya Mica Blue yesterday, my best paintjob so far.
Then I started building, first step, the wheels... ( ??? How wierd, these tyres say Michelin, while the boxart has Goddyear on them ??? ) and ofcourse, the rims just fall right through the tyres.
Turned the house upside down and insideout, but no other box of Speedwagon parts.

Hmmm.... just venting...

Damn, is this bad karma or what?
I must have been a lawyer or something in a previous life...

bad luck indeed, go for another kit at half price and put this one somewhere where you won't forget, to sit for few more years untill you buy next one. You know what they say for wine, maybe this is the case

Hmmm....

Makes me wonder. I have that kit tucked away in the closet. Maybe I should pull it out and see if I have the Viper parts too.

Wonder if there are Vipers out there with Ford parts in the box.
