new transmission

hey i was curious how much a new transmission would be for a 97 prelude my second gear grinds everytime shift to it so i think i should just replace it instead of have it fixed. any suggestions
oh ya and does anyone know where to get 97+ headlights

I'm pretty sure its cheaper to just get a new synchro. A new tranny i'm guessing would run upwards of 700 bucks; maybe even around a grand.
