where is the ECU?

where exactly is the ECU guys? i mean i have the fuse box under the hood, and there is a fuse box on the right panel on the bottom of the driver side, is that where the ECU is? and also i have been trying to find a little screw that resets everything to get it to Mode I so i can get some codes for the engine light. thanks
