EGR blockoff ?
If you have done this, did you even notice a minimal gain? Does it trigger a CEL? And what are your emissions testing experiences?
I read this: "Ironically, the EGR emission control actually causes an increase HC (hydrocarbon) emmissions. Most states test for 2 emissions: 1) CO (Carbon Monoxide) and 2) HC. The NOx test requires very expensive specialized equipment and is only tested in a handfull of state (i.e. CA). So if you live in a state that doesn't test NOx, installing a EGR blockoff will actuall reduce your emissions test results" from: http://dsm.aenewton.com/egr_blockoff.htm and was just wondering if you found the same results at inspection time.

Re: EGR blockoff ?
well i blocked mine off mainly becuase it makes it easier to remove the intake plenum, no gains are noticed but didn't really expect any, i think it just cleans up the internals a bit becuse all that exuast coming back up left gunk alll in my intake manifold espesally where the EGR pipe connects to. my state dosen't have emmisions testing so i don't know if it causes you to fail but according to 3SX it will. I did get a check engine light btw.
