Intermittent hissing sound from AC

Now they changed the orifice to the AC, but that still didn't fix the problem. Anyone have any idea what it could be???????

Would it be the sound you hear when it is regulating inside temperature? Mine makes that sound but is very minimal. I normally turn on the Boss Stereo and forget about it.
