Does anyone have one of these Tornado Air things, or know if they work....or if they even add any power/better millage?

it's an insert you put in your intake that has fins/vanes on it kind of like a stationary fan that swirls the air as it passes by it. It's advertised on infomertials usually. Same concept as Airaid and the sort only the fins are in the center of the airstream instead of on the outside edge of it.
