car wont turn
matbe someone can help me my brother had a small accident and crashed his mustang but was hit on the left front fender the air bags did pop but the motor is still good. my question is we try to turn the car on but it wont turn we thought it was the battery so we charged it but it wont turn i was wondering if it has a kill switch that you have to reset i know it has a fuel cut off but the car just wont turn not even a little bit can any one help.

first thing is to get a circuit tester and see if you get voltage to the starter relay exciter wire with the key turned to 'start'. if you do, use a screwdriver to connect the battery side of the starter relay to the exciter wire terminal. if it still fails to crank, test the voltage across the battery posts. if it reads low, the problem is your starter. that there's the basics of how to diagnose starting problems. if none of that works, the big wires are at fault.

Check for a broken black ground wire connecting to the core support. They all have to be connected.
