Alessia- 450 bhp bi-turbos
Supersprint exhaust system (about 20 bhp more)
NX, NOS, HighPower nitrous oxide system (35-100 bhp)
etc.

Re: Increasing BHP

First of all if reliability is what you are after as well as an increase in power, do not listen to the previous guys comments.... no disrespect intentded !

The Best option is for you to leave the engine normally aspirated, do not turbo charge or supercharger it ! as a guide please see my recommendations below:

1) Ported and Polished Heads matched to your inlet and exhaust manifolds with Larger Inlet/Exhaust Valves, have the heads skimmed to bring the compression ratio higher than standard but within mechanical limitations.

2) Change Cam(s) for a Long Duration Race Cam, This will make tick over more lumpy and bobbley but will imrove through the rev range.

3) Uprated Fuel Pump and Pressure Regulator, competition spec.. this needs Maths to work out the correct supply rate/pressure, depending on the Air Flow / Taco Data

4) Uprated Injectors

5) Stainless Exhaust with Decat

6) Ram Air Kit

7) Depending on the amount of BHP you want to gain, you will need to uprate your Pistions. If you are seeking higher than average performance gains, have the blocks cylinder liners bored out and get over-sized pistons.

With these recommendations your unit will be reliable and powerful. Expect to see with the correct tuning approximately 330+ BHP any power over that and you will need a new competition clutch set up and LSD as its a front wheel drive.

Once these modifications are done you could opt for Chip Tuning, which I wouldnt recommend unless you drop the compression again using a sandwich plate and turbocharge your unit for 450+ BHP. But this is when you get reliability issues and greater costs in sourcing all of your Turbo parts.
