is an SI tranny an L3 or are these 2 different transaxles?

Zc trans with SI final drive or

SI trans with ZC final drive.

Also the Si and the ZC have the bigger bearings. Than the DX

i got a new half shaft for my SI but will not go all the way in. ive tried banging the shit out of it and nuttin. but my SI has a L3 tranny. maybe this is why?

I've never had a problem swapping input shafts from Si to DX and so forth, so i dont know the truth in this. possibly the STD and HF have smaller bearings, but Si & DX appear to be identical to me.
