Should I get this Corsica?

There's a 3.1L 1991 Corsica for sale and it has 225,000Kms on it. The car is for sale for $700. There is some paint peeling off but the interior looks good.

Considering the high milage on the car. Would it be a good idea to get this car? How reliable are they?

that's a high price for a car with that many miles, unless it has new brakes, good tires, etc... $500 max is all I'd offer.
