Climate Control - 2001 Grand Caravan

The climate control selector switch has stopped working. When I turn the dial to change from defrost to dash, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Vent control is actuated with engine vacuum. Look for the vacuum line going into the engine firewall. The ends could cracked or it has just fallen off.
