In Progress 37 Ford Street Rod (x2)

As the weather was good today thought I'd make a start on my 37 Ford 3 window.

I'm not sure who the resin body is made by as I picked it up awhile back and can't remember. Wheels are from Pegasus and paint is Renault pearlescent Black (still to be clearcoated).
As regards engine I'm tempted to build a S.C.O.T blown flathead from Replica's & Minatures.

The Posies coupe came from R&R Vacuum Craft - paint is Fiat Broom Yellow plus clear. As regards engine I will probably go with the kit supplied one perhaps with a few aftermarket parts I've got lying around.
As usual I've got too many things on the go at onetime but I'll post more progress as I make it.
Thanks for looking
Andy

You should seriously consider using a different set of wheels for the Posie car. Those monster diameter quasi-Torq Thrusts look all wrong in the radically shaped fenders of that car. Thing needs some proper Boyd style billet to set it off.

This is the project I've been annoying you about, glad to see you post it/them. I officially quit mine, yours are too good.

I got the T's from Tower Hobbies -NIS.K.A helped me out with the sleeves as Pegasus don't seem to ship outside the US.
Cheers

Layla's Keepers post set me to playing about with rims for the Posies style coupe & I came up with following (Aoshima Kranze Cerberus rims.

also managed to clearcoat the the 3 window today -

Zlaja - I've built a few of these kits but haven't really come across any major fitment problems - drop me a pm if you've got a particular problem & I'll try & help
Cheers
Andy
