Question 2001 Neon not starting.

Hello,

Today morning, I try to start my car (2001 plymouth neon with 43000 miles) and it would not start. After a few tries, the engine lights came on, but the car would not start. Had the car jumped and let it run for 25 minutes. Then stopped and tried to restart it and the same issue- Damm thing would not start.
This same thing happened in Summer 2002 due to excessive heat and the battery was replaced under warrenty. I don't think it is the heat this time since it is around 70 degrees.
Is it the battery or the starter or the alternator ?
Any help is appreciated.

Thank You,
Shahtech

Re: 2001 Neon not starting.

Had a smililar problem w/ my 2000. Ended up being the starter. Although it could be alot of things. Try to do engine diagnostics codes:
