Heres a good reason why you should be nice to the person in the call center when you ring customer service.

Just saw on the news that the guy got a compensation payment of about $3000 (yes,3 grand!) from Telecom,and a rival teleco is offering big bucks to buy his original copy of the phone bill!

Doesn't change the fact that he probably is an arrogant bastard though!

Telecom should have stood behind their employee, and demanded the charge. If he refused to pay, shut off his phone, and attack his credit record.

Maybe next time he would have been cordial when he dealt with a customer service rep.

B) take your business elsewhere

C) step back and evaluate how you are talking to the rep.

LOL, it's not good business practice but props to the guy who had the balls to put that on the bill. He gets a brownie point for being brave.

I do have to say though, the guy must have really been an @$$Hole for someone to put that on his bill. People don't just randomly do stuff like that for a joke.
