Hybrid 91 civic B18 swap no start, no injector pulse, please help

Hi guys, swapped a 92 B18 (obd1) into a 91 Hatch (obd0), and it does everything except it has no injector pulse. The harness was converted by Hasport, and the OBD0-OBD1 jumper was purchased from TNT Cable.

When you crank it with the key, then it just cranks over. I've read all the horror stories of loose connectors after conversions, so I was checking it out. found out that if you put a test light on the white wire going to the distributor, and used a remote starter (manually engaging the starter), then the car will run. If you use the key, it will not.

Please help. Thanks.

I'd suggest checking your ignition switch and the wires going from it to the distributor, power wires and grounds. Get a shop manual and follow the tests for the ignition system, then if that doesn't work it might be another bad wire in the engine harness somewhere... it seems complicated at first but I took mine out and tested all the wires and where they run to/from, I can send you more info if you'd like, but start with the ign first... also double check the timing belt and timing marks, that is probably not the cause but it's easy enough to check (again see shop manual).
