Chrome Trim
Here's how my chrome trim looks...
![]() ![]() It's peeling, looks nastehhh! I'm getting a new paint job next month, and i don't want a nice paint job with crappy looking chrome stuff peelin off muh car. What should i do with the trim?

A silver metallic paint marker would do the trick or replace the whole thing from another junked one.

replace or fix the piece that is peeling off, then have it all rechromed.

yea i tried peeling some of that off and it doesn't wanna go...im thinking of bringing it to some car upholstery shop down the road and have em make something cool looking

What's to love? just a pic of the whip and a few links. It's nice, but idk about love. And don't be afraid to check out the Team Chozen site. I do all the work on there and we have a high caliber of rides.

Have you guys tried to use a heat gun to remove it? Im not really sure how its mounted. But I've helped people remove emblems with heat guns. Just have to be very carefull with it.

hair dryer on high heat works to for decals and stuff that's already peeling...

if u scratch it up and primer it well i expect you could paint it could you not???
if not then just spray it satin black

i went ahead and peeled the bad parts off, don't know what to do next...probably look for some universal black trim or something
