Rear Speaker Grille 1996 328i
Hello,
I just purchased my first Bimmer (1996 328i) and want to replace the rear deck speakers. I have not purchased a Bentley manual yet, and would love the assistance of the community. Do you remove the rear grilles by prying on the outside or from the trunk? I couldn't find a way to release the box from the trunk so assume I must go from inside. I'd like confirmation before going at it. Thanks! |

the hat rack speaker cover will snap up with a small screw driver under the leading edge. the speakers are held from the top by 3 screws, a 'hook' on the outer [next to the 'c' pillar] and a spring metal clip on the inner [center of the car] edge...............
