Try cycling the Hazard Flashers on and off and see if that works. I had that happen to me just yesterday on my 94 LHS and cycling the Hazards on and off cured the problem.

I've had this happen on my '94 Concorde as well, and it appears that the hazard light switch is on its way out. Usually I can just jiggle the switch w/o actually cycling it, and the turn signals will function again. Also happens most when it's cold outside.

Thanks! Turning the hazards on/off seemed to have solved it.
Gotta love those easy fixes!

Has anyone ever changed the inner ball joints? Is it a tough job?
I've done outter but not sure what's invloved with the inner ones.

Inner Ball Joints??? Are you talking about the Inner Tie Rod Bushings?
