Dash Lights

99 Passat, dealer replaced wiring harness, inst cluster, repaird alt wire.
No lights, mileage, or anything. dealer cant find it... any clues??

Which wiring harness? I assume they checked all the power sources, perhaps they missed the ground connections. Had one with similar problems, finally found a loose ground connection nut burried behind the dash.
