straight 5 spoke rims, different chasis, and more weight? not much more that i can think of... o yea!!! and the "TypeSH" sticker!

ATTS, rear wing, no third brake light, different oil filter location, slightly different exhaust/headers due to ATTS control, rims, about 100 extra pounds, some emblems and I think that's it.

What about the courtesy lights on the doors?
The ATTS is the main differnce though. Oh yeah - they only come in manual and the steering wheel and shift knob are wrapped in leather.

Response to Sh
Well I have a base with manual tranny and leather shift knob. Also I dont see that much differance as its the same horse power and heavier which makes it worse for the s/h. Preludes are heavy cars and I own one but many people doubt them.
