Rear View Mirror

Hey guys, quick question, my rear view mirror vibrates like crazy when I turn my system up... are there any sound dampening items for a rear view mirror???

Re: Rear View Mirror

A couple of layers of electrical tape in the bottom of the hole for the mounting shoe will do it. Just loosen the screw, slide the mirror up and off. Cut the tape to fit in the shoe mounting area. Then slide it back on, it will be a little hard to get it back on then snug it down. Good Luck.

Re: Rear View Mirror

giorgio: you got some nice pics, with your climate controle knobs you can get some sun catcher window paint at the hobbey store and paint those to match your car, I did it with blue and it looks awsome at night.
as for the mirror the tap works well on the underside that is what I have

Re: Rear View Mirror

jayson716, if you take the knobs you have on the car right now and you take the rubber coat off of them they will be clear under that. Then go to a hobby shop and buy some stained glass paint you can put that on them and It will shine through.
