Well, ive been bangin my head on the wall debating on wether or not to piece this back together. I have been sayin i want to for aq long time, but now its definate. Im gonna put it back together. My main focus is to get the engine back together and get it running...i believe its all mostly there, so my questions are: 1. Where can i get a good priced gasket set. 2. Does anyone know of anyone that does block inspections?(down here there are NO MR2s so i dont trust them). Like I said earlier there are no MR2's down here. So there rare, but its hard to find parts for them(thank god for Ebay). And frankly, these cars kick ass. Thx in advance... Matt

the engine was used in the celica... also the block is pretty much the same in the Camry 5s-fe, and not too dissimilar to the supra 1JZ and 2JZ. i'd ask Toyota, they might do it or know who will, otherwise find out where people take their celicas etc.

well i found someone that will inspect it and hone it for me....now...to just find a gasket set for a good price.
P.S. This is what the alphabet would look like with Q and R. Is there a MR2 classifieds anywhere on the net?
