What Front/Rear Speakers Fit 2000 MGM?

I've seen conflicting reports on what kind of speakers will fit in my 2000 Grand Marquis GS. I've seen 6"x7" and 6" x 8" for the front doors and 6"x7", 6"x8", and 6"x9" for the rear deck. Does anyone know what size actually fits in the car??? Also, does anybody have any idea of what kind of magnet clearance I'm looking at for speakers in the doors? I'd like to install Alpine or Rockford Fostgate speakers, so if anybody has gotten those to fit, that would be great. Thank You!

Don't have the stats, but you could check the measurements of the mounting points -- measure across diagonally and the distance on each side. Also measure the depth of the speaker that's in there. Since you gotta take the old ones out anyway, take them with you when you buy your new ones, make sure they match up. Saves frustration that way.
