My 96 got wrecked & is going bye bye

I am looking at two identical 01 LX Sebring Convertibles-same color & options

#1 is a perfect 10 with 15,540 miles for 10,600 NO WARRANTY

#2 is a 9 with 22,300 miles for 11,075 with 3mo 3k mile +8/80 certified

Is #2 with 50% more miles worth the extra $475 to get the warranty?
