Offset for 240...

Im looking to buying some BBS wheels for my 95 240sx. Here is the wheels im looking for http://www.1010tires.com/images/wheels/bbs_rk_large.jpg

My bolt pattern is 5x114/4.5 and the bolt pattent that they have closest to 114 is 114.3?!! yet i seen these wheels on a 350z so it should work on my car as well right? is my pattent 114.3 as well and they just say 114? or it just plain and simple wont fit?!

now about the offset... does anyone know the stock offset on a 240sx? and does the front have a different offset from the back? I want a 18x9 and to get the correct offset because i want the wheel to be flush with the quarter panels but yet still have a safe enough space to go inside the panel incase i het the rear hard. Is there a place i can check to see what sizes will work for my car and what offsets i need with different size wheels?

i believe the stock offset is +40...should be in the manual or fsm. Stock offset is even all around.
