How about an AF Track Day?

Just an idea. It would give people the opportunity to put faces with names, see other people's rides, and do a little grudge racing. A Ford specific site I occasionally post on does something similar each year, and I had a blast last year. I know it would be pretty impossible for the international gang to get their car's here, but I'm sure some of us would let them run our cars down the strip as long as they promise not to break anything. What does everyone else think?

If I could afford it I would be up for it. I go to a Neon board and every summer they have a big Neon meet in Belvedere, IL .....take a tour of the assembly place, have a track/auto-x day and do other fun stuff. I think this will be the 6th or 7th year they do that.

there are so many members scattered across so many countries, it's be hard to get a good amount of people together at once.

It would be more realistic to do regional meets....

SouthEast NorthEast, NorthWest, Central, that kinda thing

I really don't think anyone would want to take my truck down the strip, if they did, there is something wrong with them.

Talking Southwest Regional Meet

I propose Long Beach, CA as the S.W. location (either that or Vegas)
