Blinker makes buzzing noise when I use turn signal

Hi!
I have a 1985 325e I just purchased from auction. I love it- Only a couple of sounds concerns me.
1.Makes a loud buzzing noise when I try to use the front Left Turn Signal;
2. Prior to the oil change yesterday the steering was a little tight (power steering fluid getting low), however- after the service it became really easy to turn the wheel... But now it makes a LOW VIBRATING NOISE when I turn!

Any ideas? Help!
