well if he was in anoke county MN they only post 31+ on the little pamphlet they give you when you get a ticket. For 31+ its 217 dollars. Im sure the no motor cycle license and other things will amount to well over 1k in fines and fees.
Thats just insane speed though

I betcha it was an RC51, which would not suprise me. Even though the hyabusa is one of teh fastest, i think my dads bike is probably the fastest bike you can buy. No joke either.
